1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Privacy Notice is prepared under Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It covers the processing of personal data of prospective employees who submit a job application through the human resources page on the doyuyo.com website (the "Candidate"). It is issued by Fresh Food Arts Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (the "Company").
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The following personal data is processed through the job application form:

If you include them in your application, photographs and data on military service status will also be processed. Health data, which is special category personal data, will be processed only where the position strictly requires it and with your explicit consent.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the purposes below, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK:

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is shared with the relevant department managers and the Human Resources unit to manage recruitment processes. It may also be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations where there is a legal obligation. Third-party software and infrastructure service providers (such as ATS/recruitment software and email services) act as data processors under Article 8 of the KVKK. These transfers are carried out with the necessary technical and administrative safeguards. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
5. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the job application form on the human resources page of the doyuyo.com website. This covers the information you enter in the form fields and the CV document you upload, if any. The data that the technical infrastructure records automatically during form submission (IP address, date and time) is also collected. This data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, within the purposes and legal bases stated above.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK about your personal data processed by us at any time, using the channels below. Requests must follow the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You can submit them in writing, or through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or the email address you previously gave us that is registered in our system:

7. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice in line with legal regulations and changes in its personal data processing activities. The effective date of the current text is stated on the document. Changes are announced to the public on doyuyo.com.
