Doyuyo, which adds a brand-new flavor to crispy fried chicken menus with gourmet marinating techniques and original spice blends, continues its international expansion. It has opened its first restaurant in the United Arab Emirates at Dubai Mall, located in the center of Dubai and welcoming more than 100 million visitors every year. Reaching 50 branches with its Dubai Mall restaurant, Doyuyo will bring its unique flavors to guests from all over the world.

Doyuyo Chairman of the Board Taylan Kaya noted that Dubai is a location that has grown rapidly every year over the last 25 years and offers great opportunities for investors. He said: “Dubai has become the starting point of global food and beverage trends. With hundreds of restaurants opening every year, Dubai offers opportunities to open branches both in existing developed areas and in newly built settlements.”

Underlining that Dubai is a market with high potential but where sustained competition is difficult, Kaya continued: “Ensuring consistency in flavor and product quality is very important. For this reason, we take care to choose our suppliers and the stakeholders we work with accordingly. With the showcase opportunity that our investments in Dubai will bring, we aim to bring Doyuyo flavors to Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia, as well as to markets with very high per capita chicken consumption such as Kuwait and Azerbaijan. In addition, we are receiving master franchise offers through our network in markets such as Germany, Spain and Russia.”
