Doyuyo, Türkiye’s beloved gourmet crispy chicken brand, has once again proven its commitment to customer satisfaction at the A.C.E Awards. According to the Customer Experience Index, organized for the 11th time this year by Şikayetvar and based on data from more than 1.5 million customer surveys, Doyuyo was the brand with the highest customer satisfaction in the fast food category.

Brands that deliver an excellent customer experience received their awards at a ceremony held by Şikayetvar on Monday, February 16. Doyuyo, one of the fastest-growing brands in the food and beverage industry with 100% domestic capital, received the Diamond award, the top award in its category, following an evaluation based on criteria such as complaint rate, response and resolution speed, satisfaction level, thank-you rate and brand preference rate.
